Deutsche Telekom Joins FireEye to Fight Cyber-Attacks in Europe

Deutsche Telekom AG formed a joint venture with U.S. data-security provider FireEye Inc. to offer services to protect corporations from hackers and cyberspies. The venture will help Deutsche Telekom respond faster to cyber-attacks suffered by customers around Europe, Reinhard Clemens, head of the company's T-Systems unit, said today in a statement.

Texas Farm Bureau joined some local businesses Wednesday to voice their opposition to a move by Union Pacific Railroad several weeks ago that closed a railroad crossing in East Waco which prevented customers from having easy access to the businesses. But Texas Farm Bureau Legislative Director Steve Pringle says the closure has ore to do with limiting liability and saving money than it does providing safety for drivers.
