St. Johns-Cathedral Park Sewer Repair Project Update

Many of the existing sewer pipes are about 80 years old and deteriorating due to age. North Fremont and Kerby Sewer Repair Project: Pipe work is complete

The City of Portland recently completed emergency repairs on a failing sewer pipe on N Fremont Street at N Kerby Avenue. Environmental Services was designing a project to replace the pipe next year, but the emergency repairs have made the project unnecessary.

Slabtown Sewer Replacement Project Update: November 10, 2015

Environmental Services is planning a project in northwest Portlands Slabtown district to replace and upsize aging sewer pipes. Installing larger pipes will accommodate current and projected wastewater flows and make the sewer system more reliable. Construction crews will also repair laterals that connect properties to the sewer system, replace stormwater inlets and repair several manholes throughout the project area.
