FMC Danish innovation centre set to boost innovation

FMC Corporation will open a new European Innovation Center in Denmark next year, creating a hub for its technical and material experts to improve product development. The centre will be based in Scion DTU science part, 25km north of Copenhagen, and FMC expects to open the facility in the second half of 2016, according to Gerard Lynch, global applications director at FMC.

Verizon and Qualcomm are on track to extend LTE networks into Wi-Fi frequencies by the end of next year despite a heated controversy over whether that would slow down wireless LANs.
