United Technologies pays $17 million for Palm Beach Gardens land

Carrier Corp., a division of the United Technologies conglomerate, paid $17.25 million for land at Donald Ross Road and Interstate 95 in Palm Beach Gardens, according to property records. The seller was Kolter Group's Pasteur Commercial Investments.
