EMC Metals Closes Common Share Private Placement

EMC Metals Corp. completed a private placement of 5,534,411 common shares at a price of C$0.085 per share for gross proceeds of C$470,425.

The net proceeds will support working capital and future growth opportunities, the company said.

The placement was closed May 30, the company said.

The brokered offering had a syndicate of underwriters led by Peters & Co. Ltd.
