Model AS7C316098A is additionally available in 48-ball, 6 x 8 mm TFBGA package. Operating from 3.3 V power supply, ICs have stable current within temperature range of -40 to +85°C. Devices feature fully static operation, tri-state output, and data retention voltage of 1.5 V min.
