TRENTON - The controversial 'FedEx'-style immigration visa tracking plan Gov. Chris Christie proposed has been in testing for months now by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, NJ Advance Media has learned. Christie, a Republican presidential candidate, derided ICE officials as "knuckleheads" on Aug. 29 over their alleged failure to embrace biometric technology to track U.S. visa holders.
