Along with MA25300A Non-Linear Transmission Line (NLTL) module, features include 0.8 mm test port connector, 110 ms measurement speed for 401 points at 10 kHz IFBW, and stability of 0.1 dB over 24 hr. This VNA provides single sweep coverage in the 70 kHz to 110 GHz frequency range. Two configurations are available: The broadband vector network analyzer includes the VNA, broadband mm-wave test set and interface cables, and two mm-wave modules. The other option is an mm-wave waveguide VNA system. It’s largely the same set up, but comes with two banded millimeter-wave modules.
