The Supreme Court of India last week struck down a law that permitted arrests for posting "offensive" content online. It ruled that Section 66(A) of the Information Technology Act was unconstitutional, and said it had no hesitation in striking it down. The law was challenged after two women were arrested in 2012 for posting critical comments on Facebook.

An arbitrator ordered that the website rackspace.xyz - registered in July by Aussie Russell Harrower for the purpose, he said, of creating a directory of billiard halls - be turned over to a subsidiary of San Antonio-based Rackspace Hosting Inc. An arbitrator this week ordered that the website rackspace.xyz, registered by an Australian man, be turned over to Rackspace Hosting Inc., the San Antonio Web-hosting and cloud-computing company. Rackspace had filed a complaint against Russell Harrower , 26, with the National Aribtration Forum , claiming the domain name was identical and confusingly similar to its trademarked name.
