Kellogg Foundation, one of the nation's largest foundations, made a "landmark" $100,000 grant to the San Francisco-based Horizons Foundation to help support long-term needs of the LGBT community, especially as they relate to LGBT youth. "The Kellogg Foundation grant is a wonderful recognition of what the Horizons Foundation has achieved and the work that still needs to be done," said Al Baum , a San Francisco resident and long-time supporter of Horizons, which is a community foundation supporting LGBT-related causes.
