Dixon High girl killed by passing Amtrak train

The fatal collision occurred when 16-yea-old Evalina Hernandez of Dixon was hit while she was on the railroad tracks near North 1st St. around 9:20 p.m. Saturday. The coroner's office said Tuesday morning that Hernandez suffered multiple extreme blunt force injuries that led to her death.
