As FedEx Trade Networks prepares to take space in Primacy II office building, its new East Memphis home is getting a substantial renovation. Memphis-based general contractor Grinder Taber & Grinder Inc. will renovate a 22,000-square-foot space for FedEx Trade Networks for nearly $507,000 in the more than 123,000-square-foot building at 6055 E. Primacy Parkway, according to public building permit records.

Genzyme signs big lease for office space in Westborough

Genzyme Corp. , a Cambridge biotechnology company, has signed a seven-year lease for 114,000 square feet of space at an office building in Westborough. Later this year, it plans to relocate operations from a satellite office in Framingham, Ferris Development Group said.
