In particular, Secretary Pritzker highlighted provisions to eliminate customs tariffs, enable delivery of services, and prevent roadblocks to movement of digital data across borders.

At American Trucking Associations' Management Conference & Exhibition, ATA President and CEO Bill Graves said carriers had a "pretty good" year in 2015 and postulated that 2016 "is looking as good if not slightly better" depending on Congressional action regarding necessary legislation. Graves cited "disarray within the House of Representatives" and noted completion of long-term highway bill and annual appropriations process as imperative to addressing important items to trucking industry.
