Intended for commercial and automotive applications, KEMET Power Solutions High Temperature (KPS HT) Series utilizes lead-frame technology to vertically stack one or 2 multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) into one SMT package. RoHS-compliant products, providing up to 10 mm of board flex capability, are capable of Pb-Free reflow profiles. Utilizing X8L dielectric, devices provide reliable operation up to 150°C and suit high-temperature filtering, bypass, and decoupling applications.
