Ensure all scope changes goes through change management control Requirements: Must have: Mimimum 10 years Java experience In the last 2-3 years, the candidate should be in a development project (either Developer or Team Lead) and should have a good hand-on in Java/J2EE technology (Core Java + Open Source API for common activity logging, parsing.. etc) Should have good experience in developing application using the following tech stack Struts or Spring MVC + Spring Modules (Core, IOC, Integration) + ORM (hibernate or Ibatis). Should have good experience in developing application using ORACLE Database (good exposure to create schema, tables, view, trigger, procedure, writing complex queries + optimizing queries) Good understanding of UI development JSP or JSF or Javascript framework AngularJS or ReactJS.
