Source: The United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Undersecretary for the United State Department of Agriculture's Marketing and Regulatory Programs Edward Avalos announced recently that USDA is kicking off a national effort to reduce the devastating damage caused by feral, or free ranging, swine.
