Timmins Gold Corp. is pleased to announce, further to its news release of September 18, 2015, the closing of a C$6.0 million non-brokered private placement by Goldcorp Inc. consisting of 20 million units of Timmins Gold at a price of C$0.30 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one half of a warrant, each whole warrant being exercisable for one common share of Timmins Gold at a price of C$0.35 per share for a term of 24 months.

Class-Action Lawsuit Against Publix Seeks $5 Million

A class-action lawsuit filed for more than $5 million against Publix Super Markets Inc. claims the supermarket chain made robocalls to customers' cellphones without their consent. It alleges Publix's pharmacy made robocalls to customers to tell them their prescriptions were ready for pickup.

Oklahoma City: Trucking executive sentenced to prison in $21 million tax fraud scheme.

A Waxahachi, Texas, resident and former chief financial officer of Arrow Trucking Company was sentenced today to serve 35 months in prison for conspiracy to commit bank fraud and to defraud the United States, announced Acting Assistant Attorney General Caroline D. Ciraolo of the Justice Department's Tax Division and U.S. Attorney Danny C. Williams Sr. of the Northern District of Oklahoma. Jonathan Leland Moore, 38, pleaded guilty on Dec. 4, 2014, to an information charging him with one count of a dual-object conspiracy to defraud the United States and to commit bank fraud.
