Sauer Inc. has won a contract to build a $3.5 million educational building for Assumption Catholic Church in Jacksonville. The two-story building at 2431 Atlantic Blvd. will have 26,000 square feet, Sauer said in a news release.

Environmental Construction Service Inc. has filed a $3.8 million building permit for a two-story educational building for Immaculate Conception Cathedral School. The new Cathedral Center for ICCS and The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is the first new building on its campus in 41 years.
