Winnebago Industries Inc. is reporting lower-than-anticipated profits for its fiscal 2015 first quarter. Radio Iowa reported that Chairman, CEO Randy Potts cited additional labor costs and delayed delivery of supplies to build RVs as the reasons behind the drop in margins during a conference call today following the company's financial report.

IPC Issues Comments on EPS's unofficial 2014 DSW Rule.

After U.S. EPA's unofficial release of its final version of 2011 proposed revisions to Definition of Solid Waste (DSW) rule, IPC claimed final rule fails to provide adequate regulatory relief for manufacturers wishing to recycle secondary materials. IPC's Fern Abrams said IPC was "disappointed" over insufficient secondary materials recycling promotion incentives and also cited lingering "onerous and unnecessary" requirements. Since 2007, IPC advocated for DSW rule.
