Featuring modular design consisting of GaAIAs IRED actuation control and MOSFETs for switch output, Models VOR1142A6, VOR1142B6, and VOR1142M4 are normally open SPST switches supplied in DIP-6, SMD-6, and SOP-4 packages, respectively. Single-channel 1 Form A units offer on-resistance of 22 Ω, load current of 140 mA, load voltage of 400 V, and low turn-on current of 0.25 mA. Electronically isolated devices offer clean, bounce-free switching over ambient temperature range of -40 to +100°C.

It also offers in-phase outputs from two combined signals with a maximum amplitude unbalance of ± 1.2 dB, and maximum phase unbalance of 12 degrees. The ultra-broadband coupler has a maximum insertion loss of only 2.0 dB while achieving a minimum of 15 dB isolation, and typical VSWR ratio of 1.5:1.
