Advanced Semiconductor Engineering has acquired two new factory buildings nearby its operations in the Nantze Export Processing Zone, Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, for a total of NT$2.466 billion . Acquiring the new factory buildings dubbed K22 and K23 is to facilitate the company's future expansion plan in Kaohsiung and meet demand for engineering and administration office space, ASE said.
