The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has confirmed it is investing US$7m into the second phase of the Partnership for Cleaner Textile (PaCT) initiative to introduce more efficient and cleaner production practices to the Bangladesh textile industry - and has told just-style it is in touch with more donors in order to scale up the programme.

Vietnam suppliers realising benefits of IFC efficiency scheme

PV Tech: The International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Canadian government have partnered up to finance Jordans latest US$76 million solar plant. The 50MW PV plant is to be built by FRV, part of Abdul Latif Jameel Energy (ALJ), and will constitute the first solar power plant in Mafraq. Zoona closes USD 15 mln Series B financing with IFC

(Telecompaper) African mobile money firm Zoona has raised USD 15-million in a second round of financing. This Series B round is led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and will help Zoona scale up its operations as it aims to reach 10 markets and 30 million active consumers across Africa by 2020, it said in a statement.
