Handheld model, offering bandwidths from 70–200 MHz, features 2 channels and 1 GS/s sampling rate. Units include isolated inputs for safely carrying out floating measurement, 190,000 wfms/s refresh rate, and support for serial bus protocol trigger and decode. In oscilloscope mode, oscilloscopes offer 31 automatic measurements and math functions including FFT.
