Based on ARM® Cortex™-M4 processor core, FM4 series includes 84 MCUs in MB9B560R/460R/360R/160R series that operate from 3–5 V supplies and offer SRAM, NOR flash, NAND flash, and SDRAM memory options. Ultra-wide bus for onboard flash memory enables read access with no CPU wait state, while integrated DSP and FPU functions provide power for advanced computations.
