Transamerica Corp. will relocate and expand its Denver presence from the Denver Tech Center to downtown Denver, leasing 121,000 square feet in the 1801 California St. tower that was once home to Qwest. The move by the San Francisco-based insurance and financial giant, expected in the fourth quarter, will double the size of Transamerica's Denver office and bring the company's local presence to 650 employees.
