Guns-in-parking lots bill passes Tennessee Senate

The Tennessee state Senate approved a measure to allow employees to bring handguns to their workplace and store them in their locked cars By a 25-7 margin, the measure was passed after Senator Minority Leader Jim Kyle , D-Memphis attempt to add an amendment aimed at allowing businesses with "special risks" to obtain a waiver to maintain the ban.
