Based on forklift model and associated error code input by technicians via customized online UI, system provides probable cause and detailed information, including photos, wiring diagrams, and schematics, regarding repair. System can also be used for training new Toyota Industrial Equipment (TIE) technicians.

A Pennsylvania paper company has agreed to pay $180,000 to settle an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission disability discrimination lawsuit in which it was charged with violating federal law by requiring forklift operators to meet Dept. of Transportation standards, even though it is not required.
