Coach Inc. will also make up to $44 million in contingent payments to Sycamore Partners if certain revenue targets are hit over the three years after the deal closes.

NCI buying Computech in $56M deal

Tech contractor NCI Inc. is buying Bethesda-based Computech, the professional services company, for $56 million, Reston-based NCI announced in a press release late Tuesday. NCI is aiming to move beyond defense work and add what Computech brings to the table - software operations, big-data analysis and more for civilian government agencies including the Federal Communications Commission and the IRS.
