Cirrus Logic Inc. will be a key tenant in a new 15-story office tower downtown that is expected to open in the summer of 2017. The Austin American-Statesman reports that the $52 million building at West Sixth and Bowie streets, dubbed Shoal Creek Walk, will have 225,000 square feet of space , according to Austin developer Schlosser Development Corp. The building will include ground-floor retail space and seven floors of parking space, three of which will be underground.
