REUTERS: U.S. stocks fell in afternoon trading on Tuesday as a rout in healthcare stocks resumed and as an IMF report added to worries about global growth. A surge in DuPont's stock helped limit losses on the Dow and, to some extent, on the S&P, but the Nasdaq fell more than 1 percent following a sharp drop in biotech stocks.
