BUSINESSMAN Dr Anthony O'Reilly has failed to overturn a High Court order that he provide additional information to a bank about his assets. A three-judge Court of Appeal has unanimously dismissed his bid to overturn a June order requiring him to disclose the information in aid of AIB's efforts to execute a judgment for around a 22.5m the bank obtained against him last year.

North American PCB Book-to-Bill Ratio reaches 5-year high.

According to IPC's North American Printed Circuit Board Statistical Program, year-over-year sales and order growth continued in August and book-to-bill ratio climbed to 1.13, its highest level in more than 5 years. Total North American PCB shipments increased 1.5% in August 2015 compared to August 2014. Year-to-date shipment growth stood at -0.1, reflecting negative sales growth rates seen earlier this year. Compared to previous month, PCB shipments were up 3.6%.
