CSC Agrees To $190M Settlement With SEC Over Accounting Fraud Charges

New Jersey man pleads guilty in Memphis in FedEx fraud case

A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty in Tennessee to defrauding FedEx Corp. of an estimated hundreds of thousands of dollars. U.S. Attorney Edward L. Stanton III's office said 48-year-old Anthony Caruso used his New Jersey-based shipping and logistics company, CSA Group, to ship packages under a different account with more favorable rates.

Beeston woman spared jail for fraud

Beeston: Joanne Cockayne, 44, of Inham Road, has been given a five-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after she admitted fraud by false representation. Cockayne entered her plea at Nottingham Crown Court.
