Three state-owned enterprises in the plantation sector - Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III, PTPN XI and PTPN XII - plan to build a IDR1.5 tln ($1=IDR10,152) sugar mill, the country's largest, in Banyuwangi, East Java, said Irwan Basrti, the President of PTPN XII.
