A new report says sales of existing homes in Wisconsin rose roughly 4 percent last month compared with a year earlier. The statistics released Monday by the Wisconsin Realtors Association say existing home sales were up 4.1 percent from February 2015, while the median sales price rose 6.8 percent to $146,800.
