Utilizing servo motion control, Inever MVC Series Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Machines quickly and accurately package sachets of salad dressings and other pasty liquids. Combination of continuous film motion with intermittent sealing process achieves production rate up to 1,000 sachets/min. Machines use films up to 100 microns thick, providing optimal print surface. Available with 31.5 and 47 in. film reels, MVC Series is capable of up to 120 strokes per minute per lane.
