Charter Communications reportedly is in negotiations to line up a debt package of up to $30 billion to help it finance a potential acquisition of Time Warner Cable Inc. Sources told the Wall Street Journal that the company is in early talks with banks to arrange a debt package of between $25 billion and $30 billion.
