Fabricated using CMOS process that contains output transistor and output driver in SOT-25 package, Models TCK106AF, TCK107AF, and TCK108AF help minimize power consumption in space-critical, portable applications including tablets, laptops, DSCs, DVCs, and audio equipment. Devices operate from input voltage of 1.1–5.5 V and deliver max output current of 1.0 A. Single-chip ICs feature low quiescent current of I(Q)=110 nA (typ) @ V(IN)=5.5 V and low on-resistance of R(ON) = 63 m (typ) @ V(IN)=5.0 V.
