Power outage affects parts of Brea, Fullerton

The outage was first reported at about 12:19 p.m., but by about 4 p.m. only 22 customers remained without power, said Southern California Edison spokesman Paul Netter. Some traffic lights in Fullerton were affected and in Brea lights were switched to batteries at some intersections, police said.
