Rackspace prices IPO at low end of range, raises USD 704 million

(Telecompaper) Rackspace Technology has priced its IPO at USD 21 per share, the low end of the indicated subscription range. This puts the gross proceeds of the sale of 33.5 million shares at USD 703.5 million. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 5.025 million more shares at the same price.

(Telecompaper) Norwegian video conferencing service provider Pexip said it is now listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange following the IPO that raised USD 100 million from investors in Europe and the US. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, its IPO roadshow was all done remotely via video. CEO Odd Sverre Ostlie estimates that this approach saved over 1,700 hours or more than 70 days of travel time, and over 80 tons of carbon dioxide, roughly the amount that ten Norwegians use in an entire year.
Saudi Aramco Raises IPO To Record $29.4 Billion

(Telecompaper) The cloud monitoring specialist Datadog has raised USD 648 million in an initial public offering of shares on the Nasdaq market in New York. The 24 million shares were priced at USD 27 each, above the original indicated range of USD 19-22. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 3.6 million additional shares.
