Lead Management Specialist Mexico Mexico City You will be responsible for the nurturing of new contacts prospects through to customer acquisition and manage the first contact after an inquiry, followed by qualifying leads, and managing the handoff to the sales organization. Once leads are passed on to sales, you will continually monitor the progress of leads and report on Return on Investment for the entire SES Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, results driven and at ease when building rapport. The role requires an energetic, outgoing, collaborative and wellspoken individual who is comfortable connecting and conversing with a wide range of prospective customers from technical experts to Clevel executives who might be based anywhere in the world. Success requires a sense of urgency as well as a keen understanding that fewer highquality leads are more value to our sales team than many lowquality leads. KEY RESULT AREAS Develop into a subject matter expert for lead management capabilities within the CRM and a key contact for process questions Be first point of contact and responsible for qualifying all inbound sales lead requests for the entire organisation Qualify inbound sales requests to see if they are sales ready or need to be placed in a nurture campaign Research each lead to provide feedback to help build future marketing strategy Source new leads and qualify for our major marketing events Work closely with our sales team to continually improve the lead qualification process Support the Marketing and Communications Operations team by overseeing the Live Chat and lead generation vendors Responsible for the setup of a globally consistent lead scoring practice within the lead gen tool to enable higher conversions of quality leads QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Computer literate with MS Office product suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and quick learner ot IT tools, like the CRM system Fluent in English and Spanish, ideally read and write basic Portuguese Able to coordinate and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously to deliver results Excellent communication skills acquired within in a multicultural, multinational environment At ease in building relationships at all levels Must be willing to travel internationally Whats in it for you?
