Pandox Annual General Meeting in May 2015 adopted principles for how members of the Nominating Committee shall be appointed for the Annual General Meeting 2016. For the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2016 the Nominating Committee shall consist of representatives of the four, per 30 September 2015 by votes, largest shareholders according to the shareholders' register held by Euroclear Sweden, and the Chairman of the Board.
