Casella Remarkets New Hampshire Waste Disposal Revenue Bonds

Effective October 1, the bonds are being remarketed at a new interest rate with a final maturity of April 1, 2029.

The expansion will increase the lined disposal area by 51.2 acres, which will create roughly 20 years of additional airspace at the current run rate.

The acquired assets are expected to generate approximately $30 million of annualized revenues.

The company reported revenues of $187.5 million for the quarter and continued to execute well against its key strategies.

The acquisition includes TAMs three waste hauling, recycling and composting businesses.
