Casella Announces Offering of N.Y. Solid Waste Disposal Bonds

The exact terms and timing of the offering of the bonds will depend upon market conditions and other factors.

During a call with investors, Casella detailed its revenue growth, impact from acquisitions and 2020 guidance. ADS did not provide 2020 guidance.

Casella recently bought Massachusetts-based waste hauler Daley & Sons Trucking, which serves 3,500 residential and business customers.

Battles will serve as a Class II director and was appointed to the boards Audit Committee.

The bonds were originally issued on December 18, 2014, as draw-down bonds and have a final maturity date of December 1, 2044.
