Measuring 14 mm wide x 70 mm high, RV8H electromechanical relays typically install between output from PLC or other controller and load to increase switching capacity and protect output from damage. Products can replace 5–10 A general-purpose, plug-in relays. Offered in SPDT (up to 16 A) and DPDT (up to 8 A) models, all versions are available with AC or DC input (ranging from 5 Vdc to 240 Vac). DC input relays are protected from reverse polarity, and DPDT models have gold-plated contacts.

Available in 40 variations, RL Series includes single-pole versions that can switch up to 30 A and 2-pole versions that can switch up to 25 A. Both can handle 3 hp/277 Vac load. In addition to flange mount, relays offer DIN rail mounting option which clips directly onto DIN rail and does not require socket or adapter. With 3 mm double break contact gap, relays are suited for breaking high voltage loads and loads with inductive kickback such as motors, small compressors, and solenoids.
