Scott Slovinski was sentenced in Kent County Circuit Court Tuesday, Oct. 13, to 25 to 50 years in prison for having anal sex with a 9 or 10-year-old boy allegedly at least three times between March 1 and Aug. 31 of 2014 at his home in the 4400 block of Madison Avenue SE.
