Featuring stainless steel, sanitary construction, 2:1 Servo Combiner transports poly bags of food product that discharge from customer-supplied wrappers at 90 bags/min. Products then combine into single lane at 180 bags/min to secondary packaging equipment. Conveyor lines are equipped with plastic side flexing, straight running chains, and 4 servo metering belts in each lane that manipulate position of each product. Each servo merge system can be custom designed for individual applications.
