While flow 0 modules carry 30, 60, and 80 A current ratings and serve applications with up to 1,000 V DC-link voltage, flow 1 modules carry 150 and 200 A ratings. Also available, 15 and 30 A rated M89x 3xNPC series provides integrated 3-phase solutions in single flow 1 housing and offers triple booster.
