Twin Disc reports weaker 4Q, but fiscal 2015 profits jump

Twin Disc Inc. reported Tuesday that net income for the fiscal fourth quarter dropped on weaker sales in the oil and gas markets in both North America and Asia. Twin Disc , a Racine-based manufacturer of heavy-duty off-highway power transmission systems, said net income for the quarter ended June 30 was $437,000, or 4 cents per share, down 81 percent from $2.3 million, or 21 cents per share, for the same period a year ago.
