In light of the news that Gov. Scott Walker's Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation gave a highly-questionable unsecured loan to a large campaign donor at the urging of his Secretary of Administration, I thought it would be useful to check on what other WEDC awards might also be worthy of further scrutiny. More than a dozen areas in the United States have been shaken in recent years by small earthquakes triggered by oil and gas drilling, a government report released Thursday found. The man-made quakes jolted once stable regions in eight states, including parts of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas , New Mexico , Ohio, Oklahoma and Texas, according to researchers at the U.S. Geological Survey.
