North Idaho neighbors want to put brakes on Union Pacific siding project

A proposed Union Pacific railroad project has people living north of Bonners Ferry crying foul as the company is looking at a site along Moyie River Road to build a siding to the current line, which isn't sitting well with homeowners living nearby. Union Pacific wants to build the two-mile long siding to the current rail line about 20 miles north of Bonners Ferry.
